Staying Active at Home Can Be Challenging

With gyms closed and me getting board with my at home workouts, I have begun to push my body in new ways and I have never felt better. My posture has improved greatly and I haven’t had a headache in over a WEEK!! All thanks to rolling out my pain.

 

Foam rolling, or as the professionals like to call it myofascial release technic, is great for releasing tension in muscles, help free bound up connective tissue, and aiding in lymphatic drainage (help with circulation). Foam rolling has been known to even help even with decreasing the appearance of cellulite.
